Booking Terms & Conditions for Crystal Circle Tour sign ups

• Most hotels in Europe are not airconditioned. A supplement will be passed on to you if airconditioning is deemed necessary which causes the change of hotel.
• Quoted tour fares are valid for non-fair periods only. If group coincide with any fair, tourfares will only be valid for a 3-4 star hotels up to 150Km from the affected city, unless you are willing to pay the suppliments to stay in city centre, subject to hotel availability.
• The tour payments once processed is subject to no refunds.
• International and domestic flights are not included unless otherwise stated
• All specified guide/assistant/interpreter languages are subject to availability
• All timing are subject to local road and traffic conditions
• Breakfast taken before 0700 hours may incur a supplement
• Porterage vouchers are non refundable unless vouchers are endorsed with a hotel stamp
• In case of currency fluctuations of more then 3% or amendments in local Government taxes, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly
• XL Events will endeavor to reserve the quoted hotels, however can not guarantee confirmation. If confirmation is not possible, alternative arrangement will be made with a hotel of similar standard
• Accommodation for Long distance coach driver must be provided by the client in all cities where hotels are not booked by XL Events
• Please note that local guide is compulsory for groups visiting the Uffizi Museum.
• Please note EU Regulations for Long Distance Coach driver as follows:
In 1 day, driver is not permitted to drive for more than 12 hours/700km
After 6 consecutive live days touring, a rest period of 24 hours must be taken by the driver.
• XL Events reserve the right to change the credit policy having provided 10 working day notice should our tour operators change our terms.
• This condition may vary depending on the prior of travel, destination and service required. XL Events reserve the right to cancel all services if you fail to abide by this payment policy.
• XL Events reserve the right to change the credit policy at any time.
• XL Events is not responsible for passengers personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the tour leader or passenger to ensure that all personal belongings are safe at all times.
• XL Events and our supplier will not be involved with any optional tour request agreed between tour leader and driver when the group is on the road.
• Any complaint regarding the supply of a service should be brought to the attention of the accommodation provider, service provider and XL Events as early as possible during the Crystal Circle members stay in order for the complaint to be dealt with quickly.
• XL Events does not accept liability for accident, injury or loss suffered while attending the tour except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any act or omission on the part of XLE.
