| Passport & Visa |
| Please ensure that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport. Visas can be obtained at immigration upon arrival in Bali. However, some nationalities need to apply in advance through the Indonesian embassy in their respective countries. Please check for your own specific requirements with your travel agent/ embassy in advance. |

| What to Pack |
The Entrepreneur Business School is an active, hands-on event. In addition, we are in a resort in Bali, so no jacket & tie required. Here’s what you need to pack:
• Casual clothes
• Swimming gear
• Suntan lotion
• Mosquito repellent
• Colourful ‘resort casual clothing ’ for evenings
• Credit Card
Please also bring with you your business cards and any business plans, promotional material, samples or documents to explain your business in more detail to the group and to the mentor panel.

| EBS Programme Schedule |
| The EBS programme begins at 9am every morning & generally ends around 9pm each evening after dinner except on 27th and 31st March 2009. |

| How to get to the Hotel |
The hotel is approximately a 1 hour drive via taxi from the international airport in Bali, often referred to as Denpasar (DPS).

| Flights & Airport Transfer |
We will arrange for your transfer on 27th to the hotel and on 31st back to the airport.

Alternatively, there are many public taxi’s available at the Bali Airport (Denpasar) which can be engaged by you on an ad hoc basis.
You will require to submit your Credit Card at the hotel upon arrival for any incidentals.

| Family/Friend Sharing |
| For a family/friend who wishes to come along without attending the EBS program there will be an additional charge of US$600.This cost covers their meals & accommodation (twin-sharing) for the program period. |

| Room Upgrades |
| The room upgrade charges are on the form. Consider that the executive suites, one-bed room & two-bedroom villas are subject to availability on a “first come first serve” basis. |

| Babysitting Facilities |
The hotel has a Penguin Club for children between 4-12 years which is open from 9:00 am -18:00pm. Children below 4 years need to be accompanied by parents or Nanny/ Baby Sitter.
The Hotel provides Nanny Service which is chargeable on an hourly basis (is Rp. 30.000/hour approx).For services extending to 5 continuous hours, there will be a will be an extra charge for the Nanny’s Meal Allowance of Rp. 50.000 approx.

For extension of check out time (not beyond 18:00), the hotel will charge the guest 50% of the standard room rate. XL Events is pleased to offer a discounted room rate to its members for extension. The rate is valid 2 days before and 5 days after EBS. The room rates are per room per night & include breakfast at Le Meridien Resort & Spa.

| Business Proposal |
An important part of this event is the Bali Challenge 2009, where we will be assessing business ideas & plans, improving on them, with the top businesses winning 12 month mentoring & support.
After registration, you will receive a template for the business proposal.
Further details are to be advised. The XL Events Team reserves the right to make further changes, which will be notified via email to those registered for the event.
The confirmation of your attendance assumes that the full payment of your participation has been made prior to attending the event.
XL Events reserves the right to deduct 10% of the amound paid as admin fee for cancellations received after 15th February 2009.
There are no refunds for cancellations, never the less your ticket can be transfer to the next EBS in Bali.

| How can I Crew |
| Crewing is limited to 30 seats and normally we receive bookings 3 months before. If you wish to crew for the next EBS, please download the Crew Form and send it to us via Fax/Email at the earliest. |
